cyberMIND Corporation ("cyberMIND", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use our websites, client portals, and online booking pages (collectively, the "Sites") or otherwise interact with us. This Policy is intended to comply with applicable laws of the State of Michigan and the United States.

This Policy applies to personal information we collect online through our Sites, including our client support portal and Microsoft Bookings pages, and offline when you interact with us (e.g., by phone or at events). If you have a separate written agreement with us (e.g., a managed services agreement), that agreement governs the provision of our services and may include additional privacy and confidentiality terms.

Information you provide directly
- Contact details such as name, business affiliation, email address, phone number, postal address.
- Support & service information such as ticket details, device identifiers you provide, logs or screenshots you share, and communications with our team.
- Bookings details such as appointment type, preferred timeslot, notes you submit, and attendees (see Microsoft Bookings below).
- Payment or billing information if you purchase services from us (processed by our payment or invoicing providers).
Information collected automatically
When you use our Sites, we may automatically collect certain technical information, such as IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and the date/time of visits. We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and to understand Site usage. You can control cookies via your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
Information from other sources
We may receive business contact information from our clients, partners, or public sources in connection with providing services.
3) Microsoft Bookings
We use Microsoft Bookings to allow customers to schedule appointments with our team. When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service/meeting type, selected timeslot, and any notes you choose to provide. Appointment confirmations and reminders may be sent to you by email (and, if enabled, by SMS).
Where your Bookings data is stored. Microsoft Bookings is part of Microsoft 365. According to Microsoft, Bookings stores customer, staff, service, and appointment details within the Microsoft 365 platform, using Exchange Online shared mailboxes. Access to Bookings calendars is restricted to authorized personnel. For more information, see Microsoft’s Bookings documentation and Microsoft’s privacy materials.
How we use Bookings data. We use your Bookings information only to schedule, manage, and deliver your appointment, and to communicate with you about that appointment.
4) How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve our Sites and services.
- Schedule and manage appointments; provide customer support.
- Communicate with you about services, transactions, updates, and security notices.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights, users, and systems.
- With your consent or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
6) Data Security
We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Michigan notice of security breach. If a data breach affects Michigan residents, we will provide notices in accordance with Michigan’s Identity Theft Protection Act (MCL 445.72), and any other applicable law.
7) Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and our business needs.
8) Your Choices & Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to/limit certain processing, by contacting us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. Some information may be retained as permitted by law (e.g., for recordkeeping, security, or to complete transactions).

9) Children’s Privacy
Our Sites and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
10) “Do Not Track” Signals
Our Sites do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. You can manage cookie settings in your browser.
11) International Visitors
We are based in the United States and primarily process information in the U.S. If you access the Sites from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be processed in the U.S., where laws may be different from those in your country.
